The Civic Organism

The civic organism has neither meaning nor existence considered inisolation from the mediated space that it produces. The Bureau of Pharmakogeographical
Surveying therefore advocates systems of varied media ambiences, which
amplify the potential for environmental sampling and reconstruction, the
lifeforce of the mediated organism.

In its recent bandwidth-narrowing decision, the FCC encourages the
corporate mogulization of local outlets into dispersed media strongholds,
amplifying the current embargo of the imaginative resources of transglobal
American politiculture. The imperative of this Bureau is the rebuilding of the
American media infrastructure, diverting it from its current roadmap to
manufactured similitude through an hallucinatory recycling of composted
media content.

Yours pharmakologically,
Trace Reddell
Director, Bureau of Pharmakogeographical Surveying
